Self-Hosted Production Stack

About the Project

A complete self-hosted production environment powering vmwhoami.com and other projects. Built on a 2013 Sony VAIO i3 with Ubuntu, the stack includes Nuxt 3 frontend, FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL 17 database, MinIO object storage, and nginx-proxy-manager with Cloudflare Tunnels for secure public access. Every service runs in Docker with strict resource limits (256MB–512MB RAM, 0.3–0.5 CPU), health checks, and auto-restart policies. This infrastructure demonstrates mastery of production networking, container orchestration, cost optimization, and constraint-based engineering — skills directly transferable to client VPS and dedicated server deployments.
